My first impression wasn’t great. As soon as I took it out and felt it, it just seemed cheap and kind of scratchy. I was hoping it would feel a lot nicer, but it really didn’t.

They usually have a good variety, which I like, but, some items aren’t always available when I go. Still, when everything’s stocked, it’s a solid experience.

I’ve ordered from pusheen a few times now, mostly when I need a birthday gift and don’t want to overthink it. The plushies are ridiculously cute, and the little accessories are easy to pair with a card or some candy. I got one for my sister last year and she immediately put it on her work desk next to a tiny fake plant, which was funny. Shipping has been totally fine each time, nothing weird or delayed on my end. Overall, it’s just a reliable place for sweet, easy gifts.

I’m still waiting to hear back, and it’s getting frustrating at this point. I expected at least some kind of update by now, especially since this has been dragging on. I’d really appreciate a clear response soon, and I do think some kind of compensation would be fair given the inconvenience

My order from pusheen.com showed up on time, so that part was nice. Most of it was right too. The plush was exactly the one I picked. Super cute, no complaints there.
But then one of the smaller items was the wrong design. Not a huge disaster, just annoying. I reached out to customer service and they were okay about it, but it still took extra time. So yeah. Fine overall, just not perfect.

The Pusheen stuff is really cute, and I love the fun colors and designs. The simple little cat style is charming, and a few items definitely made me smile. That said, after browsing for a bit, a lot of it starts to feel sorta similar. It’s cute for sure, just not always something I’d feel the need to buy right away

I ordered a pusheen thing and it was really cute, so that part was fine. The return/exchange process was where it got a bit messy. I had to wait a while to hear back, and the info they sent about it wasn’t super clear at first. They did eventually help me sort it out, but it just took longer than I thought it would. So yeah, it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t say it was great either.

So... I ordered my usual size, but the fit was really strange and way tighter than expected. I was disappointed, i’m not sure I’d buy clothes from here again.

I’m a huge Pusheen fan, so this site is hard to resist. There are so many cute items, and the designs really feel true to Pusheen, which makes shopping there feel fun and easy. The shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was fine, and everything I received was just as cute as I hoped. The prices can run a little high, but the quality and charm made me feel good about what I bought. If you love Pusheen, you’ll probably have a great time browsing and feel confident picking something out...

I ordered from pusheen.com and the stuff I got was really nice. Super cute, no complaints there. But the shipping took longer than I expected, especially for what I paid. Tracking barely updated too, which was a little annoying. Not a terrible experience. Just slower than I hoped

I really like the Pusheen items I got. Adorable. The only downside was the shipping cost, which felt a bit high for such a small order. Oof. It definitely made me pause and think twice about ordering again...

The box showed up crushed, and the plush inside was dusty and oddly squished. I’ve ordered similar plush toys before and they usually arrive in much better shape, so this was disappointing.

I regret trying this. The menus barely work the way they’re supposed to, and it gets frustrating really fast when you’re just trying to navigate like normal.

I’ve ordered from Pusheen a few times and everything has been super cute and decent quality. I do think the prices can be a bit high for what you’re getting, so I usually try to wait for a sale or discount before buying. If you’re a big Pusheen fan, it’s still worth it, but it definitely feels better when you can save a little.

I’ve tried a few times to grab the limited drops, but they sell out so fast it feels pointless. What makes it more frustrating is the way it comes across, like customers are just supposed to accept it and be happy they even had a chance. It feels unfair, and a little like being talked down to when people bring up how annoying the whole process is.

I tried ordering a few things, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my shipping info. I refreshed a couple of times, and then my cart was suddenly empty, which was really frustrating. I’m patient with online shopping, but I do expect the checkout process to at least work smoothly. After about 20 minutes, I just gave up. The items looked cute, but the website made it way too difficult to actually buy them

It’s definitely cute and it mostly matches what was described. The only thing is the colors looked a little different in person than they did in the pictures. Not a big deal, I still like it, I just kind of expected it to be a bit more exact, so...

I was frustrated waiting two days to hear back from support, especially because I needed help sooner. But when they finally replied, I felt a bit relieved that someone actually followed up. So yeah, not the fastest experience, but at least they didn’t leave me hanging completely.

I ordered from pusheen.com because I’m a sucker for anything Pusheen, and the stuff I got was really cute. No complaints about the items themselves. But I did end up getting charged extra customs fees after delivery, which was annoying. Maybe I should’ve expected it as an international buyer, but I wish it had been clearer before checkout. I still love the products, but the surprise fee definitely took some of the fun out of it.

I ordered a plush and a mug from pusheen, both look legit to me. The plush came with proper tags, the packaging was nice, and it feels just like the ones I’ve seen in stores, so I don’t think there’s anything fake going on here, right? The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because shipping was a little slower than I expected. Other than that, I’m happy with what I got.
